Q: Do you hire Bouncy Castles further away than Plymouth?.
A: Yes we can hire throughout Devon and Cornwall for our Rodeo Bull Hires & Surf Simulators. Just a single Bouncy Castle Hire we would only be local to Plymouth and surrounding areas due to cost of delivery and staff wages. Call us 07725 320944 and we can advise you what's best.
Q: How do I know you will turn up on the day?.
A This is simple in 15 years we have Never let a party down. Things can happen beyond our control like vehicle breaking down or traffic jam etc but we have an extra vehicle to help in these situations should they occur. We never cancel a party if a better price one comes in. You tend to find if you have gone for the cheapest you can find chances are on the day you will be let down as they have received a bigger offer for their inflatable. We receive so many last minute " we've been let down" calls and we just can't fit them in.
Q: My venue is asking for insurance do you have any?
A: Yes we carry 5 million liability insurance on our Rodeo Bull Hires and we also have our inflatables PIPA tests and all electrics are PAT tested. We can arrange to send all details to your hall to confirm everything is in order. If your running an event we can produce method statements also.
Q: Are you Bouncy Castles the ones I see online or are they substituted for similar?.
A: What you see is what you get the castle you pick is the castle you will get on the day. Should we have a problem we will send picks of a similar type, although this rarely happens but if something happens to the inflatable we will check with you first. Either our Rodeo Bull Hire we put OUR Rodeo Bull on our website not a random picture so you can see what you are actually getting.
Q: Do you set everything up on the day or do I have to sort it.
A: We will arrive setup everything for you and come back end of the party and take down and remove everything for you. If you have a Rodeo Bull Hire a staff member will stay with the Rodeo Bull and man it for safety reasons.
Q: I'm having a 2 hour party how long do I need to hire the venue for?
A: We require 30 mins each side of the party to setup and take down this allows for us to get to you setup and when collecting. It may only take 5 or 10 mins to setup but traffic can also be an issue so we always ask a 3 hour hall hire for a 2 hour party. We require an hour for a Rodeo Bull Hire each side (depending on access).
Q: Why are your prices different to other companies?.
A: We are certainly not the cheapest neither are we the most expensive. There are more overheads than meet the eye in the Bouncy Castle Hire industry, things like testing, pat testing, insurance, fuel, wages, repairs etc. All of these are accounted for when pricing for hires. We could go cheaper and buy equipment 2nd hand or from eBay but we feel this isn't how our business model works. We buy New for reputable dealers who Pipa test their equipment and meet Bsen14960 a requirement to legally have a safe inflatable to hire. As you can see from out site the inflatables are outstanding no mould or repairs and we keep them clean and presentable. Our prices are also fixed to half a day or whole day prices and once you book your getting your equipment, we won't cancel because someone else wanted it at a higher price or we've take a bigger booking as this leads to being let down on the day. If you book in you are getting your inflatable or Rodeo Bull Hire on the day.
Q: Will you price match?.
A: No purely as every Bouncy castle is different so no comparison can be made. We are full time hirers, some do it just for extra money and don't have testing or other overheads like we do which is one reason it's impossible to price match. We stay up to date with inflatables and Rodeo Bull Hire and only use the safest of equipment.
Q: How do I pay you for the hire?
A: There are two choices you can pay via bank transfer the day before the hire or you can pay cash when we arrive. We do prefer bank transfer but what ever is easiest for yourself. For Bigger events we can use a card machine providing this has been cleared with ourselves prior to the day.
Q: What area's do you deliver Rodeo Bull Hires?
We Deliver Rodeo Bull Hire in Devon and Cornwall, there is a delivery charge outside of Plymouth but please contact us and we will give you a quote for your party / event.
Q: Do You have PL insurance for your Rodeo Bull Hire and Bouncy Castle Hire?
Yes we have full PL insurance for all of our equipment, once booked in we can share insurance, test certificates and risk assessments to where they are required.
