Covid-19 Guidlines for Bouncy Castle
Here at South West Entertainments Hire we want everyone to be safe during the Corona-19 virus outbreak making us very restricted in what and where we can hire but were still able to do Garden hires with a few new guidelines to protect you the customer and ourselves whilst delivering and collecting equipment.

We will also only hire the same castle once a week which also gives any chance of germs and any chance of infection to die off before reuse even though we do clean between every hire.
Rodeo Bull Hire Devon will be cleaned after each use and every rodeo bull rider will be given sanitiser before and after each ride.
Setup rules for Bouncy Castle Hire.
FULL DAY AND HALF DAY HIRES ARE NOW AVAILABLE
1) Book the inflatable/ Rodeo Bull Hire Devon you would like by phone.
2) On day of hire we will arrive at agreed time to setup we ask everyone stays in until inflatable/ equipment is setup. Payment can be via bank transfer paid day before hire or cash in envelope on the day.
3) Inflatable / Rodeo Bull Hire will be setup where instructed and we will leave letting you know it's ready for use. Only children of the household are allowed to use the inflatable adults to if its an adult castle you have hired.
NO ONE outside of the property to use the inflatable to protect yourself and ourselves.
4) If anyone in the household has symptoms of corona virus before the hire we ask you tell us and we will cancel the castle to protect everyone.
5) We cannot got through any property of residence so side or rear access will be needed we also ask there is an outside socket or a power cable we can use when we arrive to setup.
6) On collection at the arranged time we require everyone to be inside the house and the castle left on. We will remove the castle and leave.
